Entourage management, via OzerskyTV

Those who are fans of Guy Fieri know that he frequently travels with a crew, known as The Krew, The Kulinary Gangstas, an entourage.

Ozersky.TV caught up with Guy Fieri to find out his tips and tricks for keeping a happy and functioning entourage at the 2010 SoBe Wine and Food Festival in Miami, Florida, reported by Ben Leventhal, co-founder of the influential Eater blog.



Fieri contends that everyone in the entourage needs a:

1. Name
2. Position
3. Responsibility

and that it's important to have a mover, a shaker and a pusher, and that it's also important to have a good bail bondsman, lock smith ... and someone with a lot of money.
