Get down tonight with one of the coolest celebs to hit the 2011 Festival. We’re talking none other than Guy Fieri, the rock star of Food Network. Closing out the Festival could be a tough act given the caliber of chefs, restaurants, wines and more that will be featured over four days. But all that remains no match for the excitement Guy will generate in this fittingly awesome farewell celebration set in the amazing location of Plunge, the rooftop bar at the Gansevoort Hotel. Featured drinks will include a variety of custom cocktails along side small bites and endless entertainment! It’s a great night to wallow in the newly minted memories of a perfect long Festival weekend and one more chance to live it up before Monday morning.
