Mediterranean Pasta



Often the recipes contain cholesterol reduction based ingredients whole wheat flour instead of white processed. This is an incredible pasta dish using whole wheat pasta with a rich and spicy sauce. Someone can easily make this Mediterranean pasta.

Ingredients:

1 pound ground turkey

2 cans diced tomatoes

1 large can of Kalamata olives

1 large can of low sodium roasted red peppers

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

2 ½ tablespoons olive oil
