Ingredients:
Seedless black and green grapes-115g/1cup
Canned mandarin-225g
Oranges peeled and segmented-2
Balls of honey dew melon-1
Balls of watermelon-1/2
Mango, peeled and sliced 1 lemon, juice of one, the sugar-1/2 teaspoon, freshly ground cumin, 1/4 teaspoon salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Preparation:
Put all the fruits of a large serving bowl and add lemon juice. Stir gently to break fruit. Mix the remaining ingredients and sprinkle over fruit. Gently stir one more time, chill thoroughly and serve.
