Delicious Winter Soup Recipe



When the days get shorter and the weather gets colder, our natural instinct is to spend the winter, even in our modern-day routine to help us. The reality of modern life, often due to the way our natural instincts often do not materialize, leaving us open to temptation filling cavities with junk food, sweet and other substances. Spicy Red Pepper and Tomato Soup
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 large white onion, diced 4
- 2 garlic cloves, whole
- 1 carrot, chopped
- Salt and pepper
- 500g ripe tomatoes, chopped, and half the
- 500ml vegetable stock
- 5 red bell pepper, chopped into strips
- 1 x 440g can chopped tomatoes
